How long will my order take?
1–2 business days to dispatch, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. These are estimates based on our couriers’ usual performance, not guarantees.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹699 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 for the whole order.
How can I pay?
UPI or cash on delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.
Can you give me a GST tax invoice?
No. We are not registered for GST – this shop currently operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice. The price shown on a product page is the price of the product; any applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
It is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, and the checkout will tell you if your PIN code is not covered. There is no extra fee for using it.
Can I collect my order from you?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address on this site is our business and order fulfilment address.
How do I return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. Damage, a wrong item or a missing item should reach us within 48 hours with photographs. Full details are on the Return and Refund Policy page.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us. A cancelled prepaid order is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Are the notebook page counts sheets or pages?
Pages, unless the listing states sheets. A 60-page notebook is 30 sheets printed both sides. Where we know both figures, we print both.
Do assorted packs let me choose colours?
No. Assorted means the mix is as supplied by the pack – we cannot reserve particular colours or designs from a set.
Do the pens come with refills?
Only where the listing says so, and the listing states how many. Most bulk pen packs are supplied without refills.
