Kapoor Books accepts two methods of payment, and no others.

UPI

Pay from any UPI application using the details or QR shown at checkout. The payment is made to our account directly; we do not see or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials. Once the payment confirms, the order moves to packing.

Cash on delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes. There is no additional cash-on-delivery fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, as agents rarely carry change.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit or debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, cheques or bank drafts, and we do not accept payment in any currency other than Indian rupees. If a page anywhere on this site suggests otherwise, this page is correct.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees. The price shown on a product page is the price of that product. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed – orders of ₹699 and above are delivered free, and below that a flat ₹49 applies.

GST

We are a small online retailer and are not registered for GST. We are currently operating below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not apply to this shop at present. GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel for your records – it is not a GST tax invoice.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not appear, do not pay again. Send the UPI reference number to [email protected] and we will trace it. Where the same order is genuinely paid twice, the duplicate is refunded within 5 business days once we confirm the transaction.
