This is our business and order fulfilment address – the place your parcel is packed and sent from. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom, so please do not travel here to buy or collect goods.

What to send with your message

Including these saves a round trip and gets an answer the same day:

  • Order status or delivery: your Order ID and the delivery PIN code.
  • Damaged, wrong or incomplete: your Order ID plus photographs of the parcel and its contents – within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video helps.
  • Return: your Order ID and what you would like to return, within 10 days of delivery.
  • Refund: your Order ID; for a cash-on-delivery order, the bank or UPI details for the transfer.
  • Product question: the product name or SKU, and what you need to know – we can help you compare an item against the specifications listed.

What we can and cannot help with

We can tell you what is in a pack, what a notebook’s page count means, whether an item is in stock, and where your parcel is. We cannot advise on the suitability of a product for a specific requirement beyond the specifications printed on the page, and we do not offer engraving, printing or customisation.
